You can request deletion of your Bettavaro account and associated personal data without installing the app. A reason is optional.

Send a deletion request / ส่งคำขอลบ

Alternatively, email support@bettavaro.com from your registered email address with subject “Bettavaro account deletion”. If you cannot access your account/email or do not have an email app, contact us at Bettavaro support for ownership verification. Do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents in ordinary email.

Account > Member Profile > Request Account Deletion.

What happens next / หลังส่งคำขอ

Support reviews the request, verifies ownership where necessary and contacts you about unresolved orders, payments or disputes. Submission is not immediate deletion. Support must confirm completed deletion of the account and associated personal data, including profile/contact information, private submitted content, seller verification documents and notification identifiers except records required for legal/tax compliance, security, fraud prevention or unresolved disputes. Retained records must be restricted to those purposes and kept only while needed. Provider analytics, diagnostics and backups may expire separately under their retention settings. Ask support for timing and retained-record details. Account freezing alone is not deletion.
