Seller Terms and Conditions

This document governs seller application and seller use of the Bettavaro platform.

1. Accuracy of Information

The seller represents and warrants that all information, statements, and documents submitted through the platform are true, accurate, current, and lawfully belong to the applicant.

2. Right to Review

Bettavaro reserves the right to review, request additional information, suspend review, or reject any seller application where submitted information is incomplete, unclear, misleading, or reasonably suspected to be false.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• The seller is responsible for lawful possession, breeding, listing, and sale of fish.
• The seller must comply with local law, export law, destination-country law, and animal welfare requirements.
• The seller is responsible for the accuracy of listings, pricing, images, and item descriptions.

4. Documents and Identity Verification

The seller agrees that Bettavaro may collect, store, and review identification and business-related documents, including government-issued identification, farmer certificates, and banking documents, for identity verification, fraud prevention, and seller approval purposes.

5. Platform Rights

Bettavaro may suspend, reject, remove, hide, or terminate a seller account or listing where it determines that the seller has violated platform rules, provided false information, or created risk to users, the platform, or the platform’s reputation.

6. Nature of Service

Bettavaro operates as an online marketplace platform and is not automatically the owner, breeder, exporter, or direct seller of listed fish unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Electronic Acceptance

Checking a confirmation box, accepting through a popup confirmation, and submitting the application form through the platform constitute legally binding acceptance of these terms.

8. Amendments

Bettavaro may update these terms in the future. Updated versions may be published with a new version identifier and effective date.
