1.To Seller ($5.00 USD): Covers export fees from Thailand to your country's transhipper.

2.To Transhipper ($25.00 - $50.00 USD): Covers customs clearance, import tax, and domestic delivery to your home.

(Paid directly to your transhipper via email invoice—NOT through seller).



How it works:

1.You buy the fish + provide your Email Address (for the fish bag label).

2.We ship the fish to the Transhipper in your country.

3.Your Transhipper sends you an invoice for domestic shipping & import fees.

4.You pay the Transhipper, and they deliver the fish to your address.

???? DOA (Death on Arrival) POLICY

•Do Not Open the inner bag: Fish are double-bagged. You must check the fish through the first clear layer. If the inner bag is broken, the warranty is void.

•To Claim: Send a clear photo of the dead fish in the sealed bag via Bettavaro message within 2 hours of delivery (verified by tracking time). No refunds after 2 hours.

•Refund: We only refund the value of the fish (Shipping fees are non-refundable). No returns accepted.

•Our responsibility ends 7 days after marked shipped on Bettavaro, or 3 days after the transhipper delivers to your home.
